Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is the method used by our company for making most of our electronic circuits in which the components (SMC, or Surface Mounted Components) are mounted directly onto the surface of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Electronic devices so made are called surface-mount devices or SMDs. In the industry it has largely replaced the previous construction method of fitting components with wire leads into holes in the circuit board (also called through-hole technology).
Avoid holes in the circuit board.
Reduce electromagnetic interference.
Reduce weight.
Reduce size.
iPod is the most famous music portable media player in the World.
The line-up currently consists of the original style hard drive-based flagship iPod classic, the premium iPhone-like iPod touch, the mid-level video-capable iPod nano, and the low-end screenless iPod shuffle.
iPods with color displays use anti-aliased graphics and text, with sliding animations. Classic iPods have five buttons and the later generations have the buttons integrated into the click wheel, an innovation which gives an uncluttered minimalist interface.
All Ipod products can be used directly with our new SKP Pro Audio products provided with this port..
The metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET, MOS-FET, or MOS FET) is by far the most common field-effect transistor in both digital and analog circuits. The MOSFET is composed of a channel of n-type or p-type semiconductor material), and is accordingly called an NMOSFET or a PMOSFET (also commonly nMOSFET, pMOSFET) . The Benefits are
Small size.
Mosfet circuits do not need electronic resistance, thus it need less surface.
All SKP products with a built in amplifier, have a limiter to protect the system. This devise, works continuously testing the amplifier’s output power and limiting the signal before amplification when distortion is detected.
If the amplifier it used beyond its maximum power, the signal turns from a sine wave into a square wave. This square wave on its peaks has direct current which affects the loudspeaker’s components performance.
